Our engineering and analyst teams conduct onsite assessments of mining mobile plant equipment and mineral processing operations for customers to ensure they gaining optimal performance levels. These assessments are conducted to determine current performance levels and to ascertain if the customers operations meet production requirements and optimal performance levels. This data capture is achieved through condition and performance analysis via 3D scanning, vibration and wear monitoring and can be conducted within a preventative maintenance schedule or run to fail method. These methods monitor and analyse equipment performance, environmental conditions and time factors.
