Bradken Bullnose Discharge Cones are manufactured from superior wear materials to extend wear life and maximise mill availability. The Bullnose Discharge Cone is designed with a key system to ensure the last discharge cone installed fits with ease and requires no mating parts to be removed.

Bradken Bullnose® Discharge Cones are designed and manufactured from rubber and metal components specifically for Mill Liner applications incorporating a design focused on ensuring the discharge cone assembly can be installed in the most safe and efficient manner, whilst extending the life cycle and producing maximum tonnes.

- Cast lifting lugs increase safety and allow for full reline machine adaptability
- Oval head bolting for ease of installation
- The number of parts in your current assembly can be halved when replaced with a Bullnose system
- Unique key system allows the Bullnose to be installed independently of all other parts in the mill

- Material selection and composition enables extended wear life and weights reductions
